Accounts Receivable Specialist

This position will focus on accurate posting of customer payments, collection activity, customer credit screening, and other Billing & Receivable issues. What You’ll Do: Customer payment posting Reconcile payments received vs bank statements New Customer account setup and credit screening Overdue invoice follow-up/collection calls Work with our sales representatives to resolve disputed invoices with customers Prepare reports on AR issues for management Other accounting duties as necessary Why You’ll Love Working for Us: Industry-competitive salary and benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k Positive and engaging team mentality with upward mobility opportunities What We Need from You: 3+ Years of accounting experience Strong attention to detail & accuracy Effective communication skills for making collection calls and working with other departments in the company.
