Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk with shipping and receiving experience to support a high-volume warehouse operation. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation
• Enter and maintain data within warehouse systems
• Communicate with warehouse staff and drivers regarding shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily
• Support high-volume warehouse operations while maintaining accuracy
• Assist with general warehouse clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience using AS400/menu-driven systems preferred but not required
• Must be reliable and flexible with scheduling, including weekends

• Cold storage or food distribution experience a plus
