Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.

Responsibilities for this Position

Role Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting the SSP program

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment

Contribute to full-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines

Support system integration, RESTful API design, and containerized deployments

Produce and maintain technical documentation

Required Technical Skills

• js + PostgreSQL — frontend and relational database development
• TypeScript — strongly-typed JavaScript development
• Spring Boot — Java-based backend services
• Go / Java — backend microservices development
• RESTful API Design — interface design and implementation
• Docker & Containerization — container-based deployment workflows
• Agile Practices — Scrum / Kanban software development methodology

Nice To Have

• GitOps (e.g., FluxCD) — automated, declarative deployment pipelines
• Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) — asynchronous service communication
• Observability Stack — Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry
• CI/CD Pipeline Experience — pipeline configuration and automation
• Kubernetes / Container Orchestration — container scheduling and management

Combined Salary Range

USD $90,833.00 - USD $100,767.00 /Yr.
