MassageLuXe Wake Forest is looking for a high-performing Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to help grow our membership community while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This is not a traditional front desk position. While you'll handle guest check-in and day-to-day reception responsibilities, your primary focus is sales: educating guests on the benefits of routine self-care, recommending wellness solutions, and helping them commit to a healthier lifestyle through our membership program.

We're looking for someone who is naturally competitive, enjoys working toward goals, and takes pride in turning conversations into memberships. If you've been successful selling memberships, retail products, beauty services, fitness memberships, wireless plans, or other consultative services, we'd love to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Membership Growth:

• Educate guests on the long-term benefits of routine massage and skincare.
• Conduct conversations to understand each guest's wellness goals and help them make informed decisions that prioritize long-term wellness.
• Recommend memberships, services, upgrades, and retail products that best support those goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly membership and retail sales goals.
• Follow up with prospective members and nurture leads.
• Build lasting relationships that increase guest retention and lifetime value.
• Confidently present pricing, promotions, and membership options.

Guest Experiences:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Provide five-star service to all members and guests.
• Address questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Help create a welcoming and relaxing spa environment.

Operations:

• Process payments and manage cash register transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory and product stocking.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all MassageLuXe policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of success in retail sales, membership sales, consultative sales, or commissioned sales preferred.
• Experience selling memberships, beauty services, fitness memberships, retail products, or wellness services strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, asking for the sale, and overcoming objections.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Weekend and some weekday evenings availability.
