A travel pharmacist position is available in Weston, Wisconsin, at a 100-bed hospital facility seeking experienced professionals for immediate start. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists with hospital experience who are either licensed in Wisconsin or are willing to obtain the Act 10 temporary license.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely within a hospital setting
• Utilize electronic health records and pharmacy systems, including Cerner and Omnicell, to manage prescriptions and patient information
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize medication therapy
• Provide patient counseling and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in medication management and safety initiatives

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license
• Proven hospital pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Schedule:

• Nights, 7 days on followed by 7 days off
• Shift hours: 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Location:

• Weston, Wisconsin, in a 100-bed hospital environment
