Adjunct Instructor, Mathematics, UC Blue Ash College

Job Overview Adjunct faculty must be able to teach mathematics courses ranging from the developmental (pre‑college) level through calculus. Courses may be offered day, evening, or online. Adjunct faculty should be available to teach in‑person. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Essential Functions On a part‑time basis, teach assigned undergraduate courses. Use best practices to continually evaluate student coursework. Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of responsibilities. Review and respond in a timely manner to all university‑related and student communications. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Education A Master's Degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field. At least 18 credit hours of graduate‑level coursework in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field (transcripts required). Required Experience Previous teaching experience is required. Additional Qualifications Considered Knowledge of issues in math education and classroom technology. Experience teaching in a college setting.
