Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is currently seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our established team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. REQUIRED:

Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program OR certification from an accredited NP program OR completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program. Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. Ability to meet and maintain credentialing requirements and hospital privileges. Knowledge and competency in a wide range of clinical areas. Familiarity with EHR/EMR software. Licensure/Certification Requirements

REQUIRED:

Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license OR Current NYS license as a Physician Assistant with prescription privileges. Current BCLS, ACLS certifications.

PREFERRED:

Active ANCC certification in relevant specialty.
