Your Core Responsibilities

• Administering thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, either independently or collaboratively with physicians (as credentialed)
• Informing patients and their families about wellness, disease prevention, and management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies in accordance with your practice scope

Qualifications Needed

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
