Jensen Volkswagen is looking for an Office Manager to join our team and help with our busy locations. We have been family owned and operated for over 35 years and strive to make sure we give back to our community, as they have supported us along the way. Requirements

• Accounting experience required
• High School degree required; Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred
• A working knowledge of administrative positions.
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work well with personnel and vendors to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Strong accounting background including preparation of financial statements, general ledger entries and reconciliations, daily bank entries, oversee payables and receivables.
• Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Confidentiality, dependability and the ability to multi-task are a must.
• Analyzing internal processes and recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
• Acquiring, distributing and storing supplies
• Planning, administering and controlling budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies
