Love being on the water? Skier's Marine is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic team member to spend the summer doing exactly that. Work lakeside and help guests make unforgettable memories on Smith Lake. Position: Boat Rental and Retail Specialist
Location: Skier's Marine Smith Lake (Full time/Seasonal)
Schedule: 1530 hours/week | Weekends & holidays required
Season: May September What You'll Do Rentals
- Welcome customers and handle rental check-in and check-out
- Walk guests through safety instructions and boating guidelines
- Clean, fuel, and inspect boats between rentals to keep everything ship-shape
- Assist with docking and securing watercraft
- Keep the marina area tidy, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Assist customers on the sales floor and help them find the right gear, apparel, and accessories
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing retail area
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay knowledgeable on available products to make confident recommendations
- Support inventory management and restocking as needed
- A positive, outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic and reliable punctuality
- Comfort working outdoors in all kinds of summer weather
