Schedule: Monday-Friday, 25-30 hours per week

• Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Thursday-Friday: 5:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our facility. This role involves a combination of administrative work, customer service, and hands-on assistance with animal care logistics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with animals, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, courteous assistance to clients
• Enter data accurately into our software system
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized records
• Administer rabies vaccines following established protocols and safety guidelines
• Transport animals to and from their scheduled spay and neuter surgeries
• Assist with general office and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Comfortable working around animals and handling them safely
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work Environment & Expectations:
This position requires early morning shifts on Thursdays and Fridays, routine interaction with animals, and the ability to multitask effectively. Training will be provided for all job-specific duties.
