Architectural Sales Representative

We are recruiting an experienced Architectural Sales Representative for a well-established, well-known manufacturer in the building materials industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with architects, interior designers, and other design professionals on high-profile commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate has experience selling building materials or architectural products into the A&D community and understands how to influence product specifications early in the design process. What You’ll Do Develop and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, design firms, and other industry influencers. Identify new projects and business opportunities throughout the San Francisco market. Work with designers to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions. Drive product specifications on commercial, multifamily, and residential projects. Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, educational sessions, and other A&D events. Manage projects and opportunities from initial specification through completion. Build and maintain a strong project pipeline and consistently achieve sales and activity goals. Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and design-community events. Maintain sales activity, project opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling building materials, architectural products, or design-related products to architects and/or interior designers. Proven ability to generate new business and influence product specifications. Strong presentation and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously. Willingness to travel throughout the territory with occasional overnight travel. Why Consider This Opportunity?
