Responsibilities Our guests come to Canyon Ranch to experience services from skin care to massage to salon services. As the Beauty Services Assistant, you will get the guest to the right place, at the right time and ready for their service. Once a guest has concluded their service, they may want to continue to shop for products that have been recommended for home use. You will know what to select, based on the recommendation of the service provider and your training. You will learn how to run our point of sales system. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years’ Retail Sales experience in a high‑end retail outlet or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position. Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience with basic computer skills. Preferred ability to type at 30 w.p.m. Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive and/or confrontational situations. Ability to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members, strong judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
