Business Support Representative

Position: Business Support Representative Location: Chattanooga, TN (HYBRID) Summary: Join a dynamic project team where your organization, communication, and coordination skills directly contribute to the success of high-impact business initiatives As a Business Support Representative, you'll collaborate with project leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to keep projects running efficiently while gaining valuable exposure to project management and business operations This role is critical to ensuring projects run efficiently by coordinating schedules, managing project documentation, tracking action items, and facilitating communication among stakeholders The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting project teams from initiation through completion Experience in the Utilities, Energy, or Government sectors is a plus Responsibilities: Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, calendar management, agenda preparation, meeting logistics, and follow-up action tracking Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, records, deliverables, and status reports Assist project managers and team members with day-to-day operational and administrative activities Track project tasks, milestones, and deadlines, helping ensure progress remains aligned with project objectives Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive-ready communications Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring timely distribution of information to internal and external stakeholders Support collaboration across project teams using Microsoft and enterprise collaboration tools Identify and proactively address administrative or coordination issues that may impact project execution Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an administrative, project support, project coordination, or business support role Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Microsoft Copilot Experience using collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and SAP Concur Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting project teams, PMOs, IT initiatives, or business operations functions Familiarity with project management methodologies and project lifecycle processes Experience within the Utilities, Energy, or Government industries Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field Why Join Paradigm At Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
