What You'll Do You'll be the driving force behind every aspect of the hotel's success by: - Leading all day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Sales. - Creating an exceptional guest experience that inspires loyalty and consistently exceeds expectations. - Building, coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team that delivers outstanding service every day. - Recruiting top talent while fostering a culture of engagement, recognition, accountability, and fun. - Driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence through strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management. - Partnering with Sales and Revenue teams to maximize market share and financial results. - Developing strong relationships within the local community while staying ahead of market trends and competitive opportunities. - Walking the hotel daily to ensure every detail reflects the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and service. - Championing innovation and continuously identifying opportunities to improve the guest and associate experience. - Leading by example—jumping in wherever needed and showing your team that no task is beneath a great leader. What You Bring - 3+ years of successful hotel General Manager experience, preferably with Marriott extended stay and select serve brands. - Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, including Food & Beverage.
