Marketing/Communications Manager

We are seeking a Change & Communications Manager to lead organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will help drive employee readiness, adoption, and engagement by translating complex business and technology changes into clear, actionable communications.Responsibilities:Develop and execute change management and communication strategies that support business transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives.Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and potential adoption risks associated with change initiatives.Create a variety of communication materials, including executive communications, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, training resources, and employee updates.Partner with cross-functional leaders and teams to support organizational readiness and successful change adoption.Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, feedback sessions, and change-related forums.Support leadership teams with communication planning, coaching, and change advocate programs.Measure adoption and communication effectiveness, using feedback and insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
