Essential Responsibilities * Partner with cross-functional business leaders-including Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and HR- to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for efficiency and growth, and translate them into structured reporting and performance metrics * Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions in Microsoft Power BI * Develop and standardize KPIs aligned to corporate strategy and financial objectives * Analyze performance trends and provide clear, concise insights that support operational and financial decision-making * Ensure reporting outputs are aligned to defined business objectives and intended use * Collaborate with IT to maintain data integrity, consistent metric definitions, and scalable reporting solutions * Continuously improve reporting efficiency, usability, and clarity across the organization Qualifications Education and Professional Experience * Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering * 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in business performance, finance, consulting, or operational support roles FleetPride is the leader in the industry comprised of retail, service, distribution and wholesale divisions.
