Position Summary The Lead Install Technician oversees residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and team development. Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installation projects. Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment. Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards. Train and mentor apprentice and junior technicians. Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site. Qualifications Required Idaho HVAC Journeyman License EPA Certification (NATE preferred) Strong residential HVAC installation experience Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred 3–5+ years of installation experience Experience leading crews and mentoring apprentices Strong customer service and communication skills What Makes You a Great Fit You take pride in doing the job right the first time, lead by example, support your teammates, and believe integrity and customer service are just as important as technical skill.
