You will have the opportunity to sharpen your skills with Western.Job Description:The Residential AOR Installer is responsible for performing residential add-on and replacement installations within assigned service areas. This role focuses on modifying, upgrading, or replacing existing systems in occupied homes while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working independently in residential environments.Key Responsibilities:Perform residential add-on and replacement installations on existing systemsRemove, replace, or upgrade equipment, wiring, and components as requiredEvaluate existing systems and determine appropriate modifications or replacementsFollow work orders, installation standards, and manufacturer specificationsEnsure all work complies with applicable safety standards and company policiesTroubleshoot issues and verify proper system operation upon completionMaintain accurate job documentation and close-out reportsMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job siteCommunicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding work performedProvide basic homeowner education on updated or replaced systemsQualifications:Prior residential installation, service, or replacement experience preferredStrong mechanical and technical aptitudeAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectivelyValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordAbility to work independently and manage multiple jobs per dayStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on laddersOSHA 10 certification (preferred)Benefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceEmployee discountPaid time offTraditional 401K + Roth IRA with 4% Employer matchTuition reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
