Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment. Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards. Mentor and develop apprentice technicians. Deliver high‑quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Help maintain a positive, team‑oriented culture. Qualifications Idaho HVAC Journeyman License. EPA Certification. Strong residential installation experience. Leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to quality craftsmanship. A team‑first attitude.
