As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated, full-time HVAC Install Leads to join our expanding team. Responsibilities The primary duties of an HVAC Install Lead are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems, working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system, including checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, and communicating with homeowners about the status of their system after service.
