Executive Protection Agent/Security Driver

Position Summary and Objective

The Executive Protection Agent/Security Driver will be responsible for protection, driving, and security for executive and family. We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Protection Driver with a minimum of 5 years' experience working with C-suite level executives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced driving skills, executive protection training, and a valid New York and Connecticut firearm permit appropriate for professional armed security duties.
This full-time role involves operating a luxury vehicle while ensuring the safety, security, and confidentiality of the principal &family during travel to and from business and personal engagements, airport, meetings, etc. Job duties will be performed primarily between New York City and New Canaan, Connecticut. The estimated start date for this role is June 15th, 2026.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely transport C-suite executive(s) to scheduled destinations throughout New York City, Connecticut, and surrounding areas
• Oversee Residential Security as requested
• Conduct route planning, traffic monitoring, and contingency planning to ensure timely arrivals
• Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all times
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip
• Remain in close proximity to the vehicle and principal when on standby
• Coordinate with security teams and administrative staff as needed
• Maintain situational awareness and respond effectively to any threats or emergencies
• Maintain a clean, mechanically sound, and fully fueled vehicle
• Ensure strict confidentiality at all times
• Must be able to manage time appropriately
• Provide the appropriate level of proximity to the CEO for personal protection
• Manage security at Client events
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive protection driver or in a similar role serving high-profile clientele
• Prior law enforcement, military, or high-level private security background (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Valid New York Armed Concealed Carry Permit
• Valid Connecticut Guard Card/Security License
• Certification in Executive Protection or close protection (preferred: EP schools such as ESI, EPI, or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of New York City and surrounding area roadways near Midtown and Lower Manhattan
• Experience in emergency response
• Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tactical/emergency driving course certification (EVOC, SDC, etc.)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certificate
• Familiarity with secure communications and advanced work
• Law Enforcement Experience

Position Type and Schedule

• Full-time (FT)
• Monday - Friday 8 hours a day 40 hours a week (Tentatively)
• In-person position located in Greenwich, Connecticut, New York City, NY, and surrounding areas
• Salary : $60.00 per hour
