Director of Operations

Established and growing $1B+ AUM independent wealth management firm seeks a Director of Operations to support its next phase of growth. This role will oversee the client service and operations teams while partnering closely with leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen the firm’s operational infrastructure. The firm offers a collaborative, team-oriented culture and is seeking a leader who can elevate operations while maintaining the already positive, engaging office environment.
