Florida Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess and diagnose patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and prescribe medications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct assessments of patients' mental and physical health, diagnosing psychiatric disorders and developing treatment plans Prescribe psychotropic medications and monitor patients' medication usage, side effects, and treatment effectiveness Document patient care details accurately in the electronic health record while adhering to compliance standards Required qualifications 2 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner Current Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) Experience in Addiction and Mental Health Ability to work with patients across the lifespan (ages 13+) Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning
