Assembler/Tester BYou will join the team to build and test small, highly complex mechanical components that support high-performance applications. Your work directly impacts product quality and reliability for the organization's precision products. This is an onsite role in Elyria, OH with shift options (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM).Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:Assemble small, complex mechanical and electromechanical componentsInterpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsUse hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to build assembliesInspect and test assemblies to meet quality and tolerance standardsTroubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they ariseMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members in a close, cell-based settingHere's what you'll need to be successful in this role:High school diploma or GED (required prior to interview)Minimum 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience or formal mechanical trainingStrong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterityAbility to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawingsExperience using hand tools and measuring devicesBasic computer proficiencyStrong problem-solving and communication skillsReliable transportation and ability to commute within 30 minutesHere's what else might help you out:2+ years of mechanical or precision assembly experienceExperience with small, intricate assemblies (e.g., pumps, motors, electrical components)Soldering experienceAutomotive mechanical experiencePay range: $11.83 - $14.79/hourReady to make your mark?This role may fill quickly.
