Execute Guidelines: Become familiar with and consistently apply underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures. Explore Technology: Gain exposure to data analytics and digital technologies that are shaping the future of the insurance underwriting industry. Advance Career: Upon satisfactory completion of the training, become eligible for an underwriting position within the company. The Must-Haves Background: College graduate as of June 2027, with strong academic performance (3.00 GPA minimum). Experience: No specific prior work experience required beyond being a college graduate; computer savvy with MS Office suite experience.
