Construction Manager

We are a leading construction company specializing in international projects and we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month and includes accommodation visa sponsorship and a round-trip ticket. Responsibilities Develop project plans and timelines ensuring they are executed within budget and on schedule Source materials, equipment and labor necessary for project completion Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requests Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Oversee project budget and make adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints Prepare reports on project progress for senior management Requirements Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the international market Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and equipment Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures Ability to travel for extended periods as needed No English language skills required We welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr UrbanLogic
