Job Summary: As a WorkSmart Recruiter, your main task is to efficiently match qualified applicants with open job orders, meeting our client's labor needs, and counseling applicants towards their career goals.

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers.
• Proactively source qualified candidates from ATS and external job boards.
• Follow up with clients' and candidates' request and needs.
• Reach out, screen, and schedule appointments with potential candidates.
• Lead job counseling sessions to guide placement decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientations for new placements.
• Coach and support field employees, resolving concerns promptly, and assist with office tasks as needed.
• Managing the relationship between the potential candidates and clients
• Ensuring timely responses and maintaining precise records.
• Additional responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:
• An eager attitude to deliver exceptional customer service
• Being flexible and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new procedures, software, and policies.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities.

Preferences:
• Previous experience in a staffing firm
• Experience with Bullhorn
• Up to date knowledge with Labor Laws

This job will operate in a professional office environment and will routinely use standard office equipment. Sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling, feeling, and reaching are frequently required for this job.
