Vice President Within Client Service Account ManagementDo you love managing a large portfolio of clients? You will be responsible for driving a consistent, high-quality client experience, resolving critical issues, and shaping service strategies—while advancing digital and AI-enabled capabilities across the service model.As a Vice President within Client Service Account Management (COS GCB Service), you will lead the delivery of best-in-class service to a portfolio of large, complex corporate subsidiary clients, including entities operating within global structures. This role requires a strategic leader who can operate as a trusted advisor, navigating complex organizational environments, regulatory requirements, and service models.Job responsibilities:Act as key advisor to the client, providing advice and consultation on decision makingAct as client's central point of resolution and escalation for service issues, liaises with bank partners to manage issuesIdentify and address product/service gaps and development opportunities, leveraging the full array of Treasury Services product capabilitiesUse product knowledge to recommend and participate in product enhancements and service delivery plansConvey complex ideas and client issues with confidenceAdhere to and ensure client's compliance with risk policies/practices and educates clients on new legal / regulatory / Cyber changesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:Minimum 5 years of relevant industry and/or functional experienceUnderstanding of core Treasury Services product setsAbility to present oral and written communication in an organized, clear and confident mannerManages time effectively in a fast paced environment; demonstrating ability to balance competing priorities and deliver on commitmentsAbility to partner with internal colleagues and external clientsApplies sound judgment during the decision making process; evaluates risk factorsAbility to be flexible with working hours and utilize virtual connectivity tools (VDI, Blackberry/Good mobile suite, etc.) when business needs ariseJPMorgan Chase & Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Veterans
