The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and assess their physical conditions and functional limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary. Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatment plans, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure. Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
