Training Senior
$18 - $18.5 per hourUNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOM
Pay Range: Targeted pay range of $18.00 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience Benefits Eligible: Yes Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends) Travel: May be required Position Introduction: Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. The Training Senior is responsible for supporting the Training Supervisor in developing, delivering and evaluating learning for new Support Specialists and ongoing developing for existing staff. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED 24 months experience in a call center or front-line customer service Department Preferences: 12 months experience with Adult and Family Service Programs 12 months experience with inbound phone support 12 months training development and/or facilitation experience Hiring Contingent Upon a Background Check: Yes Special Indications: Position subject to renewal based on availability of funds. #J-18808-Ljbffr UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOM
