Clinical Weight-Loss Coordinator — CNA, Medical Assistant, RN, or LPN

Location: Centennial, Colorado

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25–$31 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role

The primary focus of this position will be supporting and coordinating our medical weight-loss program. You will help guide patients through their treatment journey, provide ongoing support, track their progress, and ensure that every detail of their care is handled accurately and compassionately.

The right person will be highly organized, emotionally intelligent, dependable, proactive, and committed to creating an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary clinical support person for medical weight-loss patients

Educate patients about medication administration, treatment expectations, and follow-up requirements within the scope of the position

Administer injections and perform other clinical duties as permitted by credentials and Colorado regulations

Coordinate medication pickups, refills, and patient communication

Complete follow-up calls and check-ins with weight-loss patients

Track patient progress, including weight, measurements, symptoms, medication tolerance, and treatment milestones

Assist with 3D body-composition scans and review the patient’s progress

Obtain vital signs and perform blood draws if trained and qualified

Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information in the electronic health record

Monitor medication and clinical supply inventory

Maintain organized and accurate patient-tracking spreadsheets

Identify overdue follow-ups and proactively contact patients

Communicate patient concerns, side effects, or changes to the nurse practitioner

Support hormone, peptide, and wellness patients as needed

Help maintain an efficient daily clinical flow

Assist with onboarding and training future team members when appropriate

Contribute ideas for improving patient retention, program participation, and the overall patient experience

Work collaboratively with the entire team and step in where needed

What We Are Looking For

Current CNA, Medical Assistant, or LPN qualification

Previous clinical experience preferred

Experience in medical weight loss, wellness, hormone therapy, or functional medicine is a plus but not required

Exceptional attention to detail

Compensation

$25–$31 per hour

Starting rate is based on experience, credentials, clinical skills, and ability to independently manage the responsibilities of the role
