A thriving independent health system in Southern Missouri, just over an hour from St. Louis, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join their team of four physicians and two advanced practice providers. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established ENT program within a 250+ provider network.

Position Highlights

• Guaranteed base salary of $600,000 or greater based on productivity
• Up to $42,000/year in student loan repayment

Practice Details

• Join a collaborative team of four ENT physicians, two NPs, two audiologists, and allergy staff
• No post-clinic notes – scribes provided at all times
• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Daily volume: ~28 clinic patients; 10–12 OR cases weekly
• Full-spectrum ENT including thyroid/parathyroid, head & neck oncology, and more
• Serving a robust 720,000 patient population
