responsibilities:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
  
  
  
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners and stakeholders
  
  
• Partner with Superintendents to manage field execution
  
  
• Run weekly project meetings and keep teams aligned
  
  
  
• Manage subcontractor buyout, performance and payments
  
  
  
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and cost control
  
  
  
• Ensure projects hit quality, schedule and safety expectations

Requirements

• Experience managing commercial construction projects
  
  
  
• Proven ability to lead teams and produce quality results
  
  
  
• Deep understanding of construction methods, costs and scheduling
  
  
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  
  
  
• Experience managing budgets, change orders, and forecasting

• Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
