ABOUT OUR AGENCY

Our agency opened in 2023 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of seven. At Mauricio Interiano State Farm, our goal is to help customers protect what matters to them while building strong, long-term relationships with the people we serve.

Mauricio is originally from El Salvador and graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in engineering. Before becoming a State Farm agent, he was a business owner providing financial services to small businesses. His background in entrepreneurship and financial services has shaped our agency's focus on helping people protect their future and make informed financial decisions.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a bilingual, motivated, and sales-driven Account Manager to join our team in Kendall.

This is an in-person, sales-focused position . You'll spend your day connecting with new and existing customers, making outbound calls, following up with leads, identifying customer needs, and helping grow our agency.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by reaching goals and closing sales.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with new and existing leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
• Present and explain appropriate insurance products and coverage options
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services
• Maintain organized customer and lead follow-ups
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• English and Spanish required — at least conversational in both
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating sales conversations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated by goals, performance, and results
• Confident, positive, and willing to learn
• Ability to follow up consistently and stay organized
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Existing insurance licenses are a plus
