Your Role in the Story

As our Marketing Manager, you sit in the driver’s seat of our brand growth, revenue campaigns, and media presence. You’ll own digital marketing strategy across our multi-brand portfolio while stepping up as our go-to voice for press, media, and creators.

• Drive Multi-Brand Strategy:  Launch end-to-end campaigns across high-visibility brands, historic property activations, tour rollouts, e-commerce gear drops, and app initiatives.
• Lead Digital Performance:  Oversee paid ad strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit) and partner with our SEO/content leads to keep our brands ranking #1.
• Own Media Communications:​​​​​​​  Serve as our primary press contact, writing press releases, pitching journalists, handling media inquiries, and managing brand statements when news drops.
• Mobilize Creators & Partners:​​​​​​​ Build relationships with travel influencers, content creators, and local tourism boards to run sponsored visits and cross-promotional campaigns.
• Orchestrate Execution:​​​​​​​  Guide social media managers, creative leads, and VAs to ensure campaign assets land on schedule and hit target KPIs.

• Fearless Outreach:  Zero hesitation picking up the phone or cold-pitching journalists, creators, and partners to secure earned media.
• ​​​​​​​ Composure Under Fire:  Calm, diplomatic, and clear-headed when navigating media inquiries, public statements, or delicate brand communications.
• Team & Workflow Coordination: ​​​​​​​Comfortable guiding remote teammates, creative freelancers, and VAs to keep multi-brand projects moving on schedule.
