Works under minimal supervision with the physicians to perform diagnostic imaging exams, exam protocols, accreditation, operations, and facilitation of equipment maintenance.

Required Education: Associate's Degree In Radiologic Sciences or Graduate from AMA approved school
Licenses and Certifications: (ARRT) AMER REG OF RAD TECH and MEDICAL RADIOLOGIC TECH Licensed by Texas Medical Board (TMB)as a Medical Radiologic Technologist and (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Certification course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) by first day of employment
Shift: Fri-Sat, 7AM-9PM; Sat, 7AM-8:30PM
Job duties include: reviewing physician orders for accuracy, communicating with radiologists, interviewing patients, performing diagnostic exams, ensuring patient safety, maintaining quality control, responding to inquiries, and adhering to hospital policies.
