The Compensation Analyst will be responsible of managing the company's compensation plans, incentive programs and policies in order to attract, motivate and retain the best talent. This position will monitor and validate hourly employee configuration in the HRIS systems to ensure they are paid accordingly.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain HR information accurate in HRIS systems: Success Factors and Kronos/Dimensions
- Responsible for auditing payroll information to validate people is paid correctly
- Generate reports, standards and as requested
- Obtains and analyzes salary market data, makes recommendations to Director Compensation &HRBPs
- Administer all incentives programs by providing earnings information, review participants eligibility, calculations and overall compliance
- Responsible for standardizing and running merit processes for all employees
- Reviews and elaborates Compensation policies, SPDs and processes for all compensation programs
- Ensure each program is compliant with all Federal and State laws
- Oversee full lifecycle domestic relocations, including policy administration, vendor coordination, and employee support
- Manage end-to-end international transfers, long-term assignments, short-term assignments, and permanent transfers
- Manage relocation service providers (RMCs, household goods, temporary housing, destination services, etc.)
- Review in coordination with vendor the relocation expenses, ensuring policy compliance and cost control
- Provide guidance to employees on relocation benefits, timelines, and expectations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required 1-3 years of Compensation experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel required, advanced experience preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills required to interpret complex compensation data. Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Strong attention to details. Employee-focused service delivery. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Process improvement mindset. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Prior HR experience in Construction or Manufacturing environment preferred.
Working Conditions
Job involves sitting most of the time with walking or standing for brief periods of time. Capable of working in an open concept office environment.
