Senior Dispatcher

To support vehicle operations, the full-time Senior Dispatcher will assess and assign Service Providers for requested repairs, communicate estimated arrival times to customers, and manage any delays while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assess and assign open events to appropriate Service Providers for repairs Communicate estimated times of arrival and any delays to customers and management Assist with customer inquiries and collaborate with New Call/Follow Up Reps as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Certificate Two years of relevant experience; industry experience preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Basic knowledge of diesel mechanics Must have been a Coordinator-Dispatcher II for at least one year
