Human Resources Specialist

Objetivo del Rol Buscamos una Human Resources Specialist con enfoque práctico (hands-on), altamente asertiva, positiva y activa, que gestione directamente todos los asuntos relacionados con el personal. Este rol es clave para mantener una cultura organizacional sólida y garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas laborales en un entorno dinámico de construcción. Responsabilidades Principales Gestionar directamente temas relacionados con empleados, sin depender de supervisores. Redactar memorandos, comunicados internos y documentación oficial de RRHH. Coordinar beneficios de salud y planes de retiro para el personal. Manejar relaciones laborales con gerentes, supervisores y jefes de alto nivel Supervisar y atender necesidades del personal de construcción en campo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y prácticas laborales justas. Servir como enlace entre la dirección y los equipos operativos. Apoyar iniciativas de cultura organizacional y retención de talento. Perfil Requerido Experiencia previa en manejo de personal operativo y liderazgo de equipos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal. Capacidad para tomar decisiones con autonomía y criterio. Proactividad, energía positiva y enfoque en soluciones. Competencias Clave Liderazgo y manejo de conflictos. Organización y atención al detalle. Adaptabilidad en entornos exigentes. Empatía y firmeza en la gestión de personas #J-18808-Ljbffr Upturn
