Resumen del puesto El puesto de Asistente de Recursos Humanos trabaja bajo la supervisión directa del Director(a) o Gerente de Recursos Humanos. Asiste en el reclutamiento de los empleados, adiestra, archiva, y atiende recepción cuando es necesario. Realiza tareas administrativas diarias de la oficina manteniendo los expedientes de los empleados. Funciones y responsabilidades Asistir en el proceso de reclutamiento y adiestramiento Postear plazas vacantes en los medios (Indeed, Clasificados, Facebook, etc.) Analizar resumes de acuerdo a los puestos solicitados. Preparar paquetes de reclutamiento y adiestramiento. Preparar verificaciones de empleo de los empleados. Completar formularios del Departamento del Trabajo. Llamar a los candidatos/as para ser entrevistados. Entrega a los candidatos/as a empleo los documentos requeridos para el reclutamiento y se asegura que se completen en todas sus partes. Responsable de entregar los uniformes a las personas ya contratadas. Preparar y mantener las documentaciones archivadas en los expedientes de los empleados. Verificar documentos requeridos para completar Formulario I-9 y archivar los mismos en las carpetas en orden alfabético. Realizar auditorías periódicamente a los expedientes de Recursos Humanos. Manejo de inventario y entrega de uniformes. Responsable de requisar uniformes. Completar reportes de reclutados, terminados, promociones y transferencias semanal y mensualmente. Ser el “back-up” de la recepción cuando sea necesario. (Atender el cuadro telefónico. Canalizar las llamadas a los respectivos departamentos. Atender a las visitas y al público) Asistir en las actividades realizadas por la empresa para los empleados. Cumplir con los estándares de OSHA establecidos. Realizar cualquier otra tarea asignada por el supervisor inmediato. Cualificaciones Conocimiento en Excel, Word, Power Point. Destrezas en matemática. Excelentes relaciones interpersonales. Habilidad para trabajar con múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo. Conocimiento de trabajo en equipo. Conocimiento de los idiomas inglés y español (escrito y hablado). Destrezas de presentación. Asistencia y puntualidad. Requisitos académicos mínimos Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas con concentración en Recursos Humanos, preferiblemente. Destrezas y habilidades Relaciones Interpersonales Destrezas de Liderato Trabajo en Equipo Conocimientos especializados Conocimiento en los programas: Excel, Word, Power Point Experiencia Dos (2) años o más de experiencia en Recursos Humanos y/o funciones administrativas.
