For more information, visit Role OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven, strategic Growth Marketer to accelerate partner-led acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will own three core growth engines: high-impact trade shows/events, global agency enablement, and strategic partner ecosystem expansion.The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, relationship building, and enablement. You will work closely with global sales teams, agency partners, and tech integration platforms to drive qualified advertiser leads and scale overall ad spend.Key Responsibilities & Impact1. Event Planning & Field MarketingPlan, execute, and own ROI for key industry trade shows, high-touch events, and co-marketing initiatives globally.Collaborate closely with Sales to build targeted event strategies that turn event attendees into active advertiser accounts.2. Global Agency Enablement & ScalingBuild and lead scalable enablement programs for global agency partners, including product webinars, training sessions, certification, and collateral.Partner with product and sales teams to create self-serve documentation and toolkits that allow agencies to confidently position and execute our solutions.3. Strategic Platform & Affiliate PartnershipsFormulate and execute integration/referral growth strategies with leading attribution, measurement, and tracking platforms, as well as affiliate networks.Drive co-marketing campaigns and integration-driven acquisition motions with partner platforms.Candidate Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, or Agency Development within B2B SaaS, AdTech, or Digital Advertising.AdTech & Attribution Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, digital ad buying, attribution models, and tracking infrastructure.Event & Field Execution: Track record of owning end-to-end event strategy and generating measurable pipelines from trade shows and co-marketing initiatives.Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated ability to build relationships with cross-functional sales leaders, executive partners, and agency executives.Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to track campaign performance, forecast pipeline, and calculate ROI across distinct growth channels.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience at a major digital ad platform, programmatic AdTech company, or high-growth agency network.Proven track record building partner enablement programs or certification curriculums from scratch.Strong presentation skills with experience delivering live webinars and training sessions to executive-level agency audiences.The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training.
