Design Custom Care: Using your clinical intuition, you\u2019ll craft and implement personalized plans of care, selecting the modalities and treatment frequencies that best suit each unique patient\u2019s goals. What Minimum Requirements You\u2019ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Bachelor\'s degree required. Master\'s OR Doctorate degree preferred.
