Position: Mechanical Assembler (Semiconductor)
\nLocation: San Diego, CA
\nPay Rate: $18-$20/hr on W2
\nShift: All shifts available
\nDuration: 3 months contract
\n \nOverview
\nPerforms a variety of operations to assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and sheet metal enclosures (drawers, chassis, racks) using blueprints and schematics.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Assemble chassis, enclosures, and racks from wiring diagrams. \n
- Perform hand soldering, wire-wrapping, and cable harnessing. \n
- Conduct routine go/no-go testing of circuits and components. \n
- Set up test devices and document results/malfunctions. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. \n
- Experience: 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience. \n
- Skills: Ability to read blueprints, use hand tools, and test equipment. \n
- Keywords/Tech: IPC-610, SMT machine, Polarity, ESD, MS Teams. \n
