Senior Training Manager, Oncology - Multiple Myeloma

AbbVie seeks a Senior Training Manager for its Oncology division to develop and deliver training programs for commercial field representatives. The role involves curriculum design, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Compliance, and vendor management to support Multiple Myeloma product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute oncology training programs for commercial field representatives with minimal guidance
• Design and enhance training curriculum to meet Commercial organization needs and brand objectives
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory to ensure medical accuracy and promotional compliance
• Lead training meetings including planning, logistics, vendor monitoring, and participant conduct
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and deliver innovative, timely solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience preferred
• Training, Marketing, or Sales experience in pharma/biotech preferred
• Knowledge of Heme Oncology and Multiple Myeloma disease states preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional oral presentation and executive communication abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office, AI, and innovative technology platforms
