Senior Training Manager, Patient Services

AbbVie seeks a Senior Training Manager for the Patient Services Access Team to design and deliver compliant training programs for field reimbursement managers. The role requires developing learning solutions, building stakeholder relationships, and integrating training with franchise business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop compliant learning solutions that enhance participant performance and credibility
• Deliver training and coaching to field reimbursement managers, adjusting techniques based on individual learning needs
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business units and franchise leadership
• Develop regional field trainers and guest trainers through meaningful roles and mentorship
• Lead cross-functional training initiatives and support special projects within the learning organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Three or more years pharmaceutical field experience as Account Executive or Field Reimbursement Manager
• Proficiency with learning platforms such as PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and iSpring
• Prior experience leading projects with regional or national scope
• Demonstrated ability to align training initiatives with business strategy
• Strong track record in commercial pharmaceutical organizations
