Account Controller The Account Controller is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the full order cycle within the supply chain, ensuring a smooth transition from order receipt to final customer delivery. This role focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities Plan inventory replenishment in coordination with the involved departments based on received orders. Consolidate, review, and verify incoming orders while coordinating proper execution with all involved teams to ensure complete and on-time deliveries to customers. Execute activities related to the creation of new customers and products within the corresponding platforms and systems. Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and production departments to ensure product availability and compliance with delivery timelines. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, including delays, errors, or changes, providing accurate and timely updates. Prepare and analyze regular reports regarding order status, inventory performance, and other relevant operational metrics. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies throughout all stages of order management. Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within sales, operations, or customer service environments. Experience with order/inventory management platforms (OMS, CRM, ERP). Data analysis skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Bilingual English-Spanish. #J-18808-Ljbffr
