Navigate emotionally charged conversations with empathy and control. Ask for the decision and close retainers in real time. Sell value, outcomes, and peace of mind—not just price. Consistently convert qualified leads into retained clients. Own your personal performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue. Manage and update the CRM daily with precision. Transition new clients smoothly to the legal team. Maintain relationships that generate referrals and long-term trust. Participate in ongoing testing and refinement of scripts, workflows, and client experience systems. Qualifications Proven success in consultative B2C sales , responsible for closing deals and measured on conversion rates, revenue, or quota attainment. Comfortable discussing past sales metrics (close rate, average deal size, monthly revenue). Legal industry experience is a plus , not required. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Flexible scheduling, including some evenings/weekends. Highly organized, coachable, and accountable. Proficient with CRM systems, Zoom, and Mac-based tools. Non-attorneys only; no legal advice will be provided or expected . Compensation & Benefits $120,000 with commissions. High performers can exceed this. Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (required availability during business hours). 401(k): Eligible after 1 year of employment.
