In-Clinic Medical Scribe & Documentation Specialist

Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health

Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to support primary care providers with clinical documentation, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care. Scribes observe visits, document encounters, and assign CPT/ICD-10 codes in real time. You will join the care team to prep After Visit Summaries, assist with documentation quality, and help close care gaps within our value-based care model.
