We are seeking a compassionate and organized Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while maintaining a high level of quality and sanitation in our dining services.

About the Role:

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and cleaning in our dining areas

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas

• Assist with menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff

• Collaborate with the dietary department to ensure meals are prepared according to resident dietary needs and preferences

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, meal service, and resident consumption

• Operate kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently

• Participate in menu planning and food ordering to ensure freshness and quality

• Assist with resident meal delivery and tray service as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Basic math skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
